Shipping
We currently ship only to Spain. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
Processing time
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase confirmation.
Delivery time
Once shipped, your order arrives in 2 to 5 business days via Correos, with tracking included.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping costs €3.99. Orders over €55 ship free.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
Delays
If your order is delayed more than 7 days past the estimated time, email us at ivanmarindrop@hotmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in line with EU and Spanish consumer regulations.
Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must request the return within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
How to request a return
Email us at ivanmarindrop@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps within 48 business hours.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or it was our mistake, in which case we cover them in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
